- Sad News: Veteran actress Elizabeth Franz, who played Belia Pirenko in 1982 and the infamous Alma Rudder (June 21, 1982 - May 23, 1983) passed away from cancer on November 4, 2025 at the age of 84.

- New Info/Corrections: Catlin Ewing and Brittany Peterson's wedding anniversary took place on September 5, 1985, and their divorce was finalized on October 17, 1985. Added Machiste Quintana as Fayez Sedrak to Minor Characters. Fayez was a cohort of Carl Hutchins, then Neal Cory in pursuit of Egyptian treasure. First appearance of Mary Lynn Johnson as Annie Lindquist (1986) was January 17, 1986. Fred Douglas' wife, Adelaide (Addie) died in 1956. Fred Douglas was Will Matthews' (RIP) best friend. Corrected/added the introduction and exit lines for Courtney Walker and Helen Moore (Helen Dumas and Murial Williams). James DePaiva, who played Max Holden on OLTL, auditioned for the role of Jamie Frame in 1986.

- The Somerset page now includes full and partial pre-emptions (along with reasons), weekly ratings (1973-1976), new first and last appearances for some Major and Minor characters, new Day Players, and the total number of episodes that aired. Added the total number of pre-emptions and episodes aired to the Texas page.
- New Info: Laura Malone resumed playing Blaine Ewing Cory from May 15 - August 17, 1984. By August 24, 1984, Malone was permanently replaced by Judy Dewey in the role. Added new Introduction/Exit lines for the following characters: Karen Gregory (Ellen Madison), Helen Moore (Helen Dumas), Bert Gregory (House Jameson). Barry Jenner appeared as Evan Webster in Olive Randolph's fantasy sequences that aired on July 10 and 14, 1978. Somerset aired its 1,000th episode on March 22, 1974.
- The Announcements and Openings pages have been reorganized.
- The Popular Song List now includes a total of 1,134 entries.
July 5, 2025:
- Sad news: Soap veteran, Chris Robinson (Jason Frame, 1987-1989) passed away on June 9, 2025 at the age of 86. Jack Betts (Louis St. George, 1982-1983) passed away on June 19, 2025 at the age of 96. Finally, Julian McMahon (Ian Rain, 1993-1995) passed away on July 4, 2025 at the age of 56.
May 31, 2025:
- The Ratings page now includes weekly household ratings and shares for 1973 and 1974. Also, the ratings for Somerset (1973-1976) and Texas have been moved to their respective pages.
- New AW Cover from Soap Opera People featuring George Reinbolt and Laurie Heineman (March - April 1977).
- Full and partial pre-emption dates have been added for Somerset and Texas.
- Anna Stuart (Donna Love, 1983-1986, 1989-1999) had a brief stint on the daytime soap opera, "Search for Tomorrow" in 1982.
- The Popular Song List now includes a total of 1,117 entries.
- AW was pre-empted on November 22, 1973 for NFL Football, not due to NBC broadcasting "Alice Through The Looking Glass," which pre-empted "Days of Our Lives," and "The Doctors" on that day.

- Actor Larry Storch, who played Corporal Randolph Agarn on "F Troop," appeared on AW as Mr. Cupido (AKA Cupid) during the February 14, 1990 episode in scenes with the following characters: Cass Winthrop, Frankie Frame, Jake McKinnon, and Donna Love.
